Definition of Sexual Violence
Sexual violence includes sexual contact done by force, by the threat of force or without the consent of the victim. Also included is sexual contact while the victim is under the influence of a drug-induced sleep, unconscious, lacks the mental capacity to make a rational decision, or is incapacitated. 为了确定性暴力行为的发生，受害者没有必要进行身体抵抗.

Definition of Consent

Medical Amnesty

Educational Programs

Rights of Students Involved in Incidents of Alleged Sexual Violence

Disciplinary Action for On-Campus Proceedings

Sanctions for Sexual Violence
